Brokers focused on online applications

West Brom for Intermediaries has confirmed online applications now account for most of its intermediary introduced business.

Mark Lowndes, e-commerce and planning manager at West Brom for Intermediairies, commented: “We found 80% of all new intermediary business is now submitted online and we have more than 15,000 brokers currently registered to use our system."

The research also showed 93% of brokers found the website easy to use with 95% saying it is fast, 96% saying it is easy to find and then select products and 94% saying it is easy to submit applications.
