Pink Home Loans has encouraged its network members to learn more about the growing market of self-build and renovation at a training session to be held on Friday 24 April.
Neil Hoare, sales and marketing director at Pink, explained: "As the credit crunch continues to bite, more prospective homebuyers are considering the idea of building their own property. Plenty of land-owners are selling up to obtain extra cash and therefore plenty of plots are available at good prices. Materials and labour costs are also currently low and it is therefore the ideal time to embark on a self-build project."
