Tony Jones, managing director of Pink Home Loans, is leaving the company to seek employment closer to home following a recent out of illness.
Consequently, he has been in discussions with his employer and it has been agreed that he will leave the company with effect from Thursday, 4 January. He plans to take a few months out to recharge his batteries before re-entering the business world in the spring, with a view to taking on consultancy and other related work.
Jones said, “I have enjoyed working at Pink and am proud of what we have achieved over the last few years. The company is a leading player in the intermediary mortgage and insurance sectors, distributing gross annual lending of over £5bn. From a personal viewpoint I'm now looking forward to taking a short time out before pursuing new opportunities.”
