Invent adds range of new features

The firm said the free-to-use system, which can be accessed remotely from any computer, now provides users with an automatic alert system flagging-up cases that are likely to fail to meet preset treating customers fairly (TCF) guidelines.

A red, amber or green colour tells brokers or packagers the TCF status of each case and all 'red' cases are given individual prominence until they are satisfactorily addressed.

Steve Best, managing director of Invent Software, said: "The system is particularly good for minimizing admin time because it can be accessed from a laptop while staff are on the road. This means they have no excuse for not keeping fully up to date with paperwork. They can log in anywhere at any time and have a complete picture of the business and view all documents relating to any case."
