The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) has announced a number of changes to the makeup of its board, with Ray Boulger of John Charcol reappointed as co-opted member.
Clare Chantrey has joined the board in place of Bill Warren who stood down due to a change in his role. Warren was invited by the board to become an ‘attendee at request’ and will therefore attend meetings as appropriate.
Philip Ryley stands down as co-opted member and will now also attend as required. Jayne Owen is also standing down as a co-opted member, instead working closely with AMI director Richard Farr on a number of potential for AMI members.
Along with Boulger, Pat Bunton of London and Country has been invited to join.
