AMI announces new board members

Mortgage Solutions | 05 Nov 2007 | 17:37

The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) has announced a number of changes to the makeup of its board, with Ray Boulger of John Charcol reappointed as co-opted member.

Boulger was replaced earlier this year when he came up for re-election of his three-year term and will now be able to advise the board but is not eligible to vote at meetings.

Clare Chantrey has joined the board in place of Bill Warren who stood down due to a change in his role. Warren was invited by the board to become an ‘attendee at request’ and will therefore attend meetings as appropriate.

Philip Ryley stands down as co-opted member and will now also attend as required. Jayne Owen is also standing down as a co-opted member, instead working closely with AMI director Richard Farr on a number of potential for AMI members.

Along with Boulger, Pat Bunton of London and Country has been invited to join.
