Brokers selecting a Hinckley and Rugby product will benefit from a direct process, with TrigoldCrystal's pre-population technology taking information input during the search process and transferring it into the mortgage application form. The firm said this would speed up the turnaround time of the application and remove most of the opportunity for user error with client details.
