Home Buyer Systems (HBS) is to enter into partnerships with other service providers that will give its users access to a wide range of additional services.
Richard Angliss, managing director of HBS, said in the current marketplace the key to survival for brokers was the creation of more ways to earn income arising from their core activity of mortgage and insurance broking.
"Home Buyer System already offers a fully functional system for sourcing direct-to-lender products together with a mechanism for charging and collecting fees."
He continued: "Now, we are extending this idea by creating links with other service providers who are looking for sales leads and will pay brokers a commission for successful introductions. Other links will be to services - for example credit checking - that help the broker to sell their core products quickly and more successfully."
HBS is currently in discussions with a number of potential professional partners and new agreements will be announced shortly.
