Easier2Move unveils new conveyancing deals

For house sale and purchase deals, Easier2Move is offering a reduced rate conveyancing deal of £350 + VAT for any house sale or purchase on properties below the £250,000 threshold - a discount from the previous flat rate fee of £399 + VAT.

In addition, Easier2Move is also offering a remortgage deal of £345 + VAT, which includes a £100 optional referral fee.

All house purchase and remortgage products also benefit from Easier2Move's new service, Easier2protect, an additional safety net which protects clients in abortive house purchases and remortgages if the transaction falls through other than by the fault of the client.

Robin Marcus, director at Easier2Move, said: "We have made these updates to our conveyancing proposition in order to ensure we remain in touch with the market during the current turbulent time. With house prices falling, we saw now as a good time to lower our previous flat rate conveyancing fee for house sales and purchases on properties below £250,000 - a move that will hopefully help all buyers."
