Home Buyer Systems (HBS) has teamed up with Easier2move, giving its users access to the online HIPs and conveyancing provider’s website, from which they can arrange conveyancing work requested by customers.
The deal will also allow HBS users access to special discounted rates via the tie-up.
Richard Angliss, managing director of HBS, said it was “very conscious” that charging fees was an issue for mortgage advisors.
He continued: “In this respect a fee justification tool has been added that uses the large discounts that mortgage advisors get from dealing with companies like Easier2move.”
“This ensures the advisors earn professional rates for their time and expertise. It is a very simple idea that avoids having to ask customers outright for money.”
Karen Babington, sales and marketing director at Easier2move, said it was confident that this partnership will bring benefits to our mutual brokers and their clients.”
