Abbey has made changes to its intermediary mortgage range by reducing its two-year purchase and remortgage trackers by up to 0.30%.
Its two-year tracker homebuyer mortgage is now at 2.94% and 75% LTV with a £995 booking fee. Another two year tracker is at 2.69% and 70% LTV with a £995 booking fee.
Its two-year tracker remortgage product at 75% LTV is at 2.99%. This product also comes with a £995 booking fee. A new five-year fixed rate mortgage at 5.99% at 75% LTV with a £799 booking fee has also been launched.
Ricky Okey, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, commented: "As competition starts to return to the market, we will aim to ensure that we continually keep our rates under review to ensure that we offer intermediaries competitive products across our mortgage range."
