Mortgage Times has now formally been placed in administration.
However, there is no detail of the administrator as yet.
At a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice in London today, a winding up petition filed by HM Revenue & Customs against Mortgage Times was dismissed because the the network is into administration.
HM Revenue & Customs had filed a winding-order against the network due to undisclosed debts owed to it.
Mortgage Times told its staff that the network had gone into administration on December 21.
